NEG History : dropped off at police station Subjective: QARH, mm pink CRT< 2 sec. low heard carriage and reluctant to walk Observed Behavior – allows handling  P = 120 R = 35 BCS 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, AU brown dc with erythema, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: G 4-5/5 ddz PLN: submand, popliteal, prescap lymphadenopathy H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, harsh lung sounds, labored ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: enlarged vulva, MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, firm distended abdomen, seemed uncomfortable, healthy hair coat no pain on spinal palp MGT L caudal most MG (5 cm , soft with firm center) CNS: mentation dull Rectal: wnl, full AG Assessment labored breathing with low head carriage r/o abdominal pain, underlying neoplasm ddz lymphadenopathy r/o reactive v neoplastic mammary G tumor otitis externa Plan abd tap– neg for free fluid cerenia inj 1.3 cc SC SID, hydromorphone inj 0.65 cc IM to see if pt will respond to pain mgmt BID Recc radiographs (thorax and abdo) Seemed to calm when hydro given Prognosis: gaurded SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to age
