S: Energetic, allows handling, gets excited with handling and jumps around and rolls on his back for belly rubs O: BAR-H, BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist, CRT <2 sec EENT: OU pigment keratitis and mild mucoid discharge on corneas. No discharge AU, nose. Moderate tartar and gingivitis, halitosis. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Heavy stertor. Quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No skin lesions noted. Shedding. UG: Male neutered A: 1. Reported blind, pigment keratitis, mucoid ocular discharge.
