Very nervous, tail tucked, head low, no growling or lunging Evidence of Trauma seen – Yes, reported to have been biting bite rope and bit lip Objective P = wnl R = wnl BCS 5/9 EENT: Early nuclear sclerosis, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Mild dental tartar/gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Neutered MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, two wounds at upper left side of lip near commisure, few superficial wounds/scratches at right front limb CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: wound Plan: Rec clavamox 375mg PO q12 x 10 days, rimadyl 100mg PO q24 x 3 days Prognosis: Excellent
