Medical Summary Microchip: 466D7B3E29 Sex: neutered male (no scrotal testes felt but large retained scrotal area) Age: reported 10y Mentation: BARH Eyes: slight opacity Ears: clean, thick pinnae (dermatitis whole body vs otitis) Nose: no d/c Teeth: mild staining for age If abnormal BCS: overweight, weight to be added once scale becomes available again Skin: seborrhea like dermatitis throughout body, many hard and crusted lesions throughout; some masses on right flank (quarter to half dollar sized) and pododermatitis Hair Coat: WNL Declawed: N/A Any injuries: no; stiff hinds and difficulty walking, right hind leg at times toe drags Behavior: allows all handling, painful but attempts to come to handler Medication: N/A, preventatives given and on vet check
