Observed Behavior – QAR Evidence of Cruelty seen – None Evidence of Trauma seen – None Objective P = 130 bpm R =32 bpm BCS 5/9 EENT: Bilateral conjuctivitis, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: dental taratar, gingivitis, missing teeth PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated, , enlarged abdopmen, could feel liver U/G: intact female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, alopecia, pyoderma, dermatits, tin skin CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment Skin enlarged abdomen Cushing suspect. Plan 0.5 ml convenia sq once triple antibiotic ointment BID OU For the future- schirmer and fluorescein stain Bloodwork. New hope placement. Prognosis: fair Permanent waiver due to geriatric

Client came in with a dog she saw in the park. The dog then followed her home. She was afraid of the dog and did not bring him into her home, but left it outside overnight, hoping the dog would not be there in the morning. When she went outside, the dog was still there, so she put him in a box and brought him to BACC
