10/09/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Bubbles is an elderly gal …18 years of age who was brought to us together with friends Micki and Cielo as their owner passed away. Just like her housemates, she was heavily matted and a bit on the thin side. Bubbles has since then been groomed and awaiting to grow a pretty coat of her own. Bubbles is quite a nice little dog who was very well behaved during our time together. I petted her in her kennel and carried her to the yard and the street where she ambulated in a lively fashion. Her first task was to ” attend to business” and then continue her walk on the block. She did not “go” after the pigeons. Two other little dogs were met and Bubbles had no issue with them… We are told that she lived happily with a cat… Bubbles, although very lovely with me(and others here at the care center) has sometimes(under her prior ownership) shown dislike for some people, guarded a little her meal and would not be house trained. One wonders if she was walked regularly. Bubbles and her friends Micki and Cielo are looking for a new home to call their home and a master to love. Could you make their wish come true?
