Negative scan; History : Owner surrender; Subjective: BARH, active, allows all handling; Objective ; P = wnl; R = wnl; BCS = 5/9; EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: severe dental disease; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Tense, non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: Intact male, two scrotal testicles; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, healthy hair coat, pink dermal nodules at dorsal head dorsal muzzle; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: Externally normal; Assessment:  1. Dental disease; 2. Dermal nodules – ro sebaceous adenoma vs other; Prognosis: Good; Plan: Recommend adoption and dental procedure; SURGERY:  Permanent waiver due to age
