Did well for all medical handling and procedures; Objective ; P = wnl ; R = eupneic ; BCS 6/9; EENT: Eyes clear, ears have moderate purulent debris au with lichenification of the canals, no nasal discharge noted; Oral Exam: adult dentition with moderate dental disease, no oral lesions noted; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, Grade 1/6 focal heart murmur PMI L apical, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: MN; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, live fleas and flea dirt, a few small dermal masses, unkempt hair coat with severe lichenification and alopecia of ventrum and peri-anal; CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment: Grade 1/6 focal heart murmur PMI L apical; Dental disease; Pyoderma; Otitis externa AU; Fleas; Overweight; Small dermal masses; Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC; Medicated bath today; Capstar PO today; Start benadryl 2.2 mg/kg PO BID x7d until 2/20; Start baytril 10mg/kg PO SID x14d until 2/27; Start mometamax AU BID x14d until 2/27; Recheck skin 2/20; Prognosis: Excellent; SURGERY: ok to schedule for surgery
