Allowed all handling P = WNL R = WNL BCS 5/9 EENT: Nuclear sclerosis OU, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Severe dental disease, gingival recession, severe tartar; large mat of hair wrapped around lower canines and incisors (removed) PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Geriatric, nuclear sclerosis, dental disease Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC.
