Medical Summary DVM Intake Exam Estimated age: 3-5y Microchip noted on Intake? n History : stray Subjective: Observed Behavior – allowed full exam, docile Evidence of Cruelty seen – n Evidence of Trauma seen – n Objective P = 92 R = wnl BCS 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, mild ceruminous debris AU, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: malocclusion with mobile mandibular incisors (maligned) PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: suspected intact female with large (7-8cm diameter) mammary mass / mastitis of 1st mammary gland right side, small 1cm diameter mass cranial to large mass MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: large 7-8cm mammary mass/area of mastitis 1st mammary gland right side w/ smaller mass cranial to it- ddx benign vs malignant; dental dz Plan: rec spay with sx excision of mammary masses w/ biopsy Prognosis: fair SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to possible mammary gland tumor

Little Brie immediately caught my attention. She was watching me and waiting with shiny eyes, right by her door. She hopped at once in my arms and off we went for a walk around the block. She right away did her business and we spent the rest of our time together with she on my lap. She is such a sweet and wonderful little  dog, loves caresses and even brushing. Another small pooch came to sniff us as we sat in the waiting room. Brie was totally fine with him. Brie comes with medical issues that will need to be attended by a veterinarian. She is young at five years of age and endowed with a wonderful personality. She so deserves the care, the attention and the love of a new master or family. Brie is at the Manhattan Care Center dreaming of  and hoping for a new beginning with ..You.
