Medical Summary scanned negative neutered male, reported 8 years old s/o: muzzled, but allows handling heart murmur 2-3/6 severe malasezzia dermatits and otitis ventral sternal and abdominal skin is licheified, covered with waxy yellow d/c other areas of coat have spots of similar lesions, as are feet ear severely affected OU purulent discharge. corneas are clear–I assuming conjunctivitis is secondary to skin infection not kcs overweight unable to examine teeth except incisors, which are clean a; severe malassezia dermatits, otitis, secondary conjunctivitis heart murmur P: dog will need chronic bathing and oral medication for weeks to months to recover, and skin will probably alway be hyperpigmented. regular bathing needed long term with the proper owner, his skin condition is treatable significant of heart murmur uncertain–should be investigated before any sedation fair prognosis ketoconazole 100mg bid while at ACC (cannot bathe here) tab opth otitbiotic ear tx
