A volunteer writes: Desperate in her kennel to get my attention, she made a beeline for the door once leashed and peed a lake the moment we were out the door. Good girl, Brandy!! Found tied up in a park, Brandy’s finder said she was super friendly, and our intake staff reports that she licked their hands during the intake process. Awwwwwwwwwww………. Stunning in her soft brandy color coat with eyes that match, she smiles, wags her tail and while in my opinion she’s a tad too thin has clearly been nicely taken care of before joining us as a ‘stray’. Her eyes are bright and intelligent, she’s alert and engaged. As soon as we entered a backyard pen Brandy found a tennis ball and began to nose it around in play. I love a dog who can amuse herself! She nosed it to me, I tossed it for her and Brandy gave chase bringing it back for another throw. It’s clear she loves the game, wagging her tail and waiting for the throw. After a bit she gathered the tennis balls together and lay down for some chomping, every once in a while looking up at me with a smile. In group with other dogs she’s a polite greeter and tolerant of others. Affectionate and in my lap for some petting, Brandy is happy and sweetly playful, looking for a lifetime partner for ball tosses,
exercise and love. Come meet her today!!
