A volunteer writes: I admit it, I’m in love with this sweet, mellow and beautiful girl. Brandi is a cuddler and when I put a tee shirt on her she submitted sweetly and then gave me the best paws on my shoulders, head in my neck hug. Can we all say awwwwwwwwwww. Brandi’s hobbies include showing off her lovely leash manners on a walk, playing dress up with incredible patience (another volunteer played dress up with her), giving gentle kisses and snuggling close. Brandi has a gorgeous soft coat, like running my hands over the finest silk, she seems to be housetrained, has been a mom a couple of times, and kept me company up on the bench while I took some notes. She’s so chill and easy, she’s the girl you want by your side as you navigate through life. She’s the perfect wingman to your every adventure. Brandi romped exuberantly with males and females in her first playgroup, sits before being asked to and takes treats gently. I’m the self appointed President of the Brandi Fan Club, but ready to relinquish my title to her new person. This gem is waiting to meet you in adoptions, so don’t make her wait.
For more information on adopting from the NYC AC&C, or to find a rescue to assist, please read the following: http://urgentpodr.org/adoption-info-and-list-of-rescues.
