Medical Summary 05/31/16 13:06 Scan : negative Sex: Female Approx 1-2yr S/O: BAR. Hair matting over all limbs, ventrum, dorsum, and face. Moderate yellow waxy debris AU. Clean teeth, mild gingivitis. MM Pink and moist. Frequently urinating small amounts w/ hematuria present. Cardiothoracic auscultation WNL, Abdominal palpation is WNL. bladder feels subjectively thickend. Abdominal radiograph is WNL. A: Matted, hematuria, r/o UTI vs bladder stones vs pyelonephritis. Suspect simple UTI. Can not r/o radiolucent uroliths. P: Sedated w/ 0.3ml Telazol IV and 0.07ml Dexmedetomidine IV. Shaved mats. Cleaned ears. Took 1 right lateral radiograph to r/o radiopaque stones. Will start course of clavamox. PROGNOSIS: EXCELLENT
