Medical Summary scan neg ~10-14yrs, female S/O: QAR. Severely dehydrated. Eating with excellent appetite. Allows all handling. BCS 1/5 EENT: Severe dental tartar/gingivitis, pale and pigemented mm, nuclear sclerosis OU, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl HL: No murmurs/arrhythmias, lungs clear ABD: Normal abdominal palpation INTEG: Appears to have groomed recently, complete shave down, dry brittle coat, dry flaky skin with areas of collarettes and pyoderma MS: Ambulatory x 4, unable to fully extend hind limbs at stifle, abnormal boney prominences at stifles; emaciated, severe muscle wasting UG: Female A: Geriatric, dental disease, emaciated, dehydrated, lameness, dermatitis P: Rec LRS 250ml SQ q24 x 3 days, and convenia 0.76ml SQ. Scheduled for hind limb radiographs and CBC/Chem tomorrow. Continue to monitor while at BACC. Good prognosis with supportive care
