For a New Family To Know: Blue is described as friendly, affectionate, playful, confident, and excitable with a medium activity level. The two things his previous owner liked most about him were; he’s protective and well behaved. When his previous owner was home he would tend be in the same room. He liked to play tug and was kept indoors only. He ate dry Pedigree and at night he slept on the sofa. He is house trained and rarely had accidents indoors. He is well behaved when left alone indoors. He knows the cues sit, come, down, “give five” and “give high five.” For high five he jumps up and gives paw. He was taken on slow walks once a day. On leash he pulls lightly and off leash he wanders but comes when called. Behavior during intake: While Blue’s previous owner was in the room, Blue had a wagging tail and relaxed body. He allowed me to pet him. He jumped up for attention and showed no signs of aggression. As soon as his owner left he growled and showed whale eye. And would not allow me to get near him.
