A: Bilateral hind limb paresis. Ddx: Chronic IVDD, FCE, spinal/vertebral neoplasia, other degenerative disease. P: Recommend NH plea for placement and neurology consult. Blue would need radiographs w. possible advanced imaging to follow to attempt and identify the underlying cause. Due to lack of history unsure regards to the length of time Blue has had this condition estimating her prognosis is challenging. It appears that she is unlikely to regain function at this time. Palliative care could be considered, due to her ability to ambulate and relieve herself at this time. Blue is stable to wait her time prior to behavior eval at this time. PROGNOSIS: Poor
