A volunteer writes: Blizzard appropriately named as he was abandoned during the big snow storm that dumped 20+ inches of snow on Staten Island. Blizzard is a happy go lucky puppy with tons of energy, he loves to prance around bouncing from one place to another. Blizzard knows how to sit and will stay for a bit but then is off to explore! Blizzard has one very unique quality, he has no tail, just a small little nub where his tail should be, when he is happy its so cute to see his little nub wag. Blizzard is full of puppy energy and would benefit from a little leash training and an active family. If you are interested in giving Blizzard a forever home please come to SIACC and meet him.
