EENT: Eyes clear (difficult to visualize due to matting), ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted. Oral Exam: Teeth clean, pink mm PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic. ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated. U/G: Spayed MSI: Ambulatory x4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, matted hair coat around face CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Mild matting, most significant around face Prognosis: Excellent. Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Will need sedation to shave face
