A volunteer writes:
He is not only handsome, sweet and candid looking but he is also a very friendly and affectionate pooch…Yep, I am talking about Billy Lynch, a young man  with a catchy patch over one eye. I doubt that he was ever a posh pet although he is relatively well nourished, even somewhat muscular and looks quite healthy. Tiny scratches mark his face and his coat, although intact, needs grooming. Billy Lynch is  indeed very sociable,  knows how to play ball, sits after a few prompts, takes food politely from my hand and mostly enjoys to be with his caretaker(even one completely unknown to him).  He is rather affectionate, likes to come to the chest or to snuggle in the staircase  with his human. Billy Lynch is really friendly to all as can be gathered from his walking log. Billy Lynch , like most dogs new to us, pulls on the leash. He  is house trained, marks a little his new premises and meets his peers in a civil way. He does not chase birds.Billy Lynch might not be a fancy dog or one who has known a life of leisure but he is quite attractive and endearing. I hope a brighter future is looming not too far away for him…Come to the Manhattan Care Center, ask to meet him and take him home as your forever best friend.
