Brooklyn Center My name is BILLY. My Animal ID # is A0971935. I came in the shelter as a OWNER SUR on 10/20/2016 from NY 11419, owner surrender reason stated was CHILDCONFL. MOST RECENT MEDICAL INFORMATION AND WEIGHT MEDICAL BEHAVIOR: 10/22/16 During his initial medical exam Billy appeared tense but tolerated most handling. IN-SHELTER BEHAVIOR: 10/26/16 Billy continues to exhibit extreme on-leash reactivity in the Care Center. Due to the safety concerns of continuing to house Billy in the Care Center, the Behavior Department feels that he is not a suitable candidate for the adoptions room and placement should be sought as soon as possible.
