Coughing and sneezing, no v/d; Observed Behavior -Very friendly, loose, and did well for PE; Objective ; P = wnl; R =wnl; BCS=4/9; EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no ocular discharge noted, moderate serous nasal d/c; Oral Exam: mild dental disease; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic with coughing and sneezing; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: MN, neuter site and tattoo cdi; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment: CIRDC; Dental disease; Prognosis: Good; Plan: Start doxycycline 10mg/kg PO SID x14d until 12/5; Move to iso; Recheck in 7 days; SURGERY:neutered
