Medical Summary Hx: Lethargy, not eating or drinking, is wheezing and vomiting. Coughing and drooling a lot. Today, is wobbly when walking, seems to be getting a little worse. Please also check surgery site – opened and getting crusty. S: Quiet, lying down when I approach but stands up and leans into me for exam, allows all handling. Good appetite for canned food. O: BAR-H, BCS 4/9, MMs pale pink and saliva-coated EENT: Serous nasal discharge. No discharge OU, AU. Mild tartar and gingivitis. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No skin lesions noted. UG: Male recently neutered, incision site is healing well with no active discharge, erythema or swelling. A: CIRDC, poor appetite at home Short-term prognosis: Good P: Talked with client – will keep at MACC for injectable therapy. 1088
