Observed Behavior – allowed all handling and very friendly Objective P = 122 R = panting BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: wnl PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: nuetered MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted. Patients erythemia on ventrum has cleared. Hind limbs on planter surface of hocks have healed abrasions. CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment – Grade I/VI systolic heart murmur Plan – monitor and DHPPC booster. Strongid 3.2 mls PO Prognosis: good
