A volunteer writes: Bella is short, stout, and easily the most adorable girl around! She lived mostly outside in the yard in her previous home (except during inclement weather), but is super social. She might need to polish her housetraining as she adjusts to indoor living, but she keeps her cage spotless and relieves herself right away outside…all the makings of a fast-learner! She didn’t seem to know what to do with the toys I offered her, but does get little playful zoomie bouts. We’re told she was playful with the male dog she lived with and she has displayed soft body language with other dogs in our playgroups. She walks perfectly on leash and even her gait is charming; she stays right at my side, looks up and flashes me a smile often, and watching her wide back slowly sway side to side I can’t help but imagine magical little creatures hitching a ride on her….because SHE is magical! She is so wiggly and cuddly, seems to have an ideal even-keeled energy level, and just has such a soft, charismatic personality. She is simply irresistible!! Come scoop her up at Brooklyn ACC!
