Negative scan; History : Stray; Subjective: BARH, trembling, allows all handling; Objective ; P = wnl; R = wnl; BCS = 5/9; EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: severe dental disease; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: Intact female, MGTs at middle left nipple and caudal right nipple, caudal to MGT on left there is no nipple and linear scar present (possibly previous MGT removed?); MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, matted coat with fecal material caudally; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: Externally; Assessment: ; 1. Mammary gland tumors; 2. Dental disease; 3. Matted; Prognosis: Guarded to fair pending TXR, and histopath of MGTs; Plan: 1. Recommend TXR for met check; 2. Recommend MGT removal and biopsy; 3. Recommend grooming; SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to age
