Medical Behavior: Orange, Age: 2 years, Sex: Female, Weight: 57 lbs
DVM Intake Exam; Estimated age: ~2 years; Microchip noted on Intake? negative; History : o/s; Subjective: BARH; Observed Behavior – Very anxious and biting at the rope. As soon as handling started she began to lunge, alligator roll, and growl. Limited exam due to behavior. Objective ;P = wnl ;R = eupneic ; BCS 6/9; EENT: Eyes clear, unable to examine ears no nasal discharge noted; Oral Exam: clean adult dentition, no oral lesions noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic; ABD: unable to palpate; U/G: FI, no MGTs, no vulvar d/c, unable to look at ventrum to assess spay status; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment: Apparently healthy; Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC; Will do HWT and MC at surgery; Prognosis: Excellent; SURGERY: ok to schedule for surgery
