Medical Summary S/O: brought in by police friendly and allowed exam neg for MC scan M/S: amb x4, BCS 3/5 H/L: no m/a, lungs clear, eupneic SKIN: AD pinna approx 3-4cm full thickness wound, inner AD pinna near base- 0.5cm full thickness wound, AS small 0.5cm full thickness wound back on caudal aspect, and aural hematoma palpable, lots of dried blood all over AU, ear canals appear erythematous and moderately stenotic ABN: SNP EENT:eyes open and comfortable, pink gums UROGEN: MI both testicles descended A: wounds: r/o bite wounds possible p has underlying otitis- unable to assess at this time, will monitor presponse to treatment for bite wounds P: cleaned off dried blood as best as possible and scrubbed wounds with chlorhexadine solution applied 25 elizabethan collar Rimadyl 100mg: 1/2T PO BID x5 clavamox 375mg tabs: 1T POBID x14 wrote DOH bite letter alerted management medical records are in system recheck wounds in 2 days
