SOS!!! This baby has a fractured pelvis and needs medical care NOW..There is no excuse for this..Bambi should have gotten care and not to wait until a rescue comes for her..That is animal abuse..If someone offers to foster her Bambi will get her care from the rescue at no cost to you..Pledge towards her medical care to help the rescue..A rescue will not pull a dog to safety unless their is a foster home in place..Rescues work from their home..Bambi will need to recuperate in a fosters home until the rescue can find a forever home for her..We need to get Bambi out of the shelter quickly. Please share far and wide…If interested in fostering Bambi contact the Help desk for Rescues who offer free fostering..Stop the suffering save Bambi..Pledge $15.00

Still so sweet despite having a pelvic fracture and being unable to use her back legs……and the good thing is, Bambi still has ‘deep pain’ response present , meaning most likely there is not severe nerve damage or damage to the spinal cord which gives her a very good chance of her making a complete recovery. And she will be an absolute pleasure to take care of….and because she’s so tiny, she will adapt easily to her hopefully temporary disability. Even with permanent disabilities, small dogs do amazingly well….and it is very easy to assist them if they need to be lifted, cleaned, etc. This little one could already be pad trained, but if not, she will learn very fast….having pads close by will make her feel more secure knowing that she can relieve herself whenever she needs to….it may be hard for her to have her usual amount of control while she is injured and healing…the pads make life easier for both her and the adopter. Janet posted above giving very good and thorough information about how the rescues work…there are no ‘facilities ‘, they assist as much as possible to help these animals, but they absolutely need a place for these animals to go, even if just a short term foster. Whatever you can offer to rescue groups is so appreciated…even if just some extra supplies like blankets, pads, food, beds, or any donation, even if very small….it all helps and adds up. But mostly, they need somewhere to go….so please open your hearts and homes to any animal in need, whether it be precious little Bambi or the millions of others out there ….it truly makes a difference and saves lives.. .and saving these animals makes a big difference in our lives as well, they end up giving us back so much more than we could ever give them.

Help Bambi by pledging so Rescue offers to take her. Just whatever you can spare would be helpful to her at this point. A beautiful little dog who may have been in some sort of accident. She needs our help.

KILL ALERT..Our little Bambi is on tonights list..Please share her far and wide..Fostering will guarantee her medical expenses paid by rescue, but needs to recuperate in a foster home until a forever home can be found. Pledging helps the rescue with expenses…A rescue will not pull Bambi to safety unless there is a place to put her.. If interested in fostering contact Help Desk for Rescues who offer free fostering..Not all do..Save our sweet girl who is so well behaved in her condition..Save Bambi!!

I contacted a rescue to see if they can pull. Waiting to hear. I am in NJ and will foster to adopt Please pledge to stop kill if possible until I find out. If they can’t pull I will look for another rescue. I am in NJ taking care of my 90 year old mother and can’t get there but if they can pull and help with health I will foster to adopt !!
