Medical Summary scan: neg sex: female est age: 8-10yrs S/O: Dog is Q/BARH BCS 5/9 EENT – dark debris and foul smell coming from AD (suspect chronic otitis with calcification of ear canal and/or aural mass); AS also has dark debris and a stenotic canal; corneal opacities OU; hyperkeratosis nasal planum Grade 2-3/4 dental dz; teeth are stained black; jaw uneven Heart/lungs auscult wnl Abdomen soft, non-painful Amb x 4; crepitus and buttress both stifles Skin/coat – skin fold dermatitis common for breed A: Geriatric underlying – chronic otitis externa, dental dz, OA and/or DJD both stifles P: Recommend rescue placement. Dog is permanently waived from surgery at ACC due to age. Trimmed nails, cleaned ears (dog painful when ears touched) and applied Otibiotic, and wiped around eyes PROGNOSIS: Fair
