I am a female chocolate and white am pit bull ter mix. The shelter thinks I am about 2 YEARS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 03/24/2016 from NY 10467, owner surrender reason stated was OWN EVICT. I came in with Group/Litter #K16-051445.

04/05/16 17:09 The wounds found on this dog were consistent with bite wounds from the other dogs at the residence. These type of bites can occur when the dogs eat side by side for the only food source available to them.

Gina walks calmly on leash. She was a bit shy when she meets the assessor but warm up quickly. Gina was calm and relaxed during handling. She easily engages in play, body is loose and wiggly, mouth open. Kelly was not interested in toys. She was relaxed when approaching a friendly dog, but was not playful. Gina did not show any concern during the behavior assessment. The behavior department feels that she can go to an Average home. Look: 2. Dog pulls out of Assessor’s hands each time without settling during three repetitions. Sensitivity: 1. Dog stands still and accepts the touch, her eyes are averted, and her tail is in neutral position with relaxed body posture. Tag: 1. Dog assumes play position and joins the game. Squeeze 1: 1. Dog gently pulls back her paw. Squeeze 2: 1. Dog gently pulls back her paw. Toy 1: No interest. Dog – dog 2.
