Ariandel was found roaming the streets, leash on,  by a good samaritan who brought her to us at the Manhattan Care Center. What a good girl to follow in such a docile way a stranger….Ariandel could not hide her age even if she wanted to…She is 12 year ..young and wears proudly her grey mask. She is beautifully dressed in a perfect cinnamon coat punctuated by calluses. She enjoys a good weight and seems to have carried her share of litters. Her dark eyes are intense and let me feel how much she would love to be in a home, cared for and loved… Ariandel is understandably a little shaken up. Still, as we spend more time together, she slowly “gives in” and leans on me for caresses and hugs, even wagging her little stump of a tail..She is a good walker, does her business as soon as we hit the street and even sits obediently on command. She does a lot of sniffing with that little nose of hers that is always in action..She nears fine other dogs but became edgy when a little one almost threw himself at us in a major barking show…Really….said Ariandel… Some pooches should be told proper manners…Ariandel is an elderly  and lovely Boxer gal, quite in great shape who will be looking soon  for a new home to call her own and a master to love.
