Medical Summary Sex: Male intact Scan: Positive Estimated age: 1.5-5 years old, did not assess teeth due to behavior Fleas: No flea dirt. S: Active, sniffs his way around the room, pays attention to everything. Body not stiff but not loose and wiggly. Started to growl when I touched his face so we muzzled pt for exam and oral exam was not attempted. Pt continued to growl throughout exam. No signs of fear or anxiety (tail down, ears twitching or flat, yawning or lip-licking). O: BAR-H, BCS 6/9, MMs pink EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Oral exam not performed PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: Quiet heart, NSR, NMA. Panting, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Slightly tense, no pain on palpation M/S/I: Amb x4. No lesions noted. UG: Male intact, testicles soft and symmetrical A: Apparently healthy adult male dog Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: Applied Activyl 44-88# during exam. Did not give Pyrantel; scheduled treatment for this evening. 1088
