Screamed and tried to bite during blood draw P = wnl R = eupneic BCS 4/9 EENT: ears clean, no nasal discharge noted. Cataract OS, OD is enlarged and blue tint, likely glaucoma Oral Exam: severe dental disease with oligodontia. Tongue hangs out side of mouth PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, Grade 2/6 HM PMI left apical, CRT < 2 with slight blue tinge, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: FI, no spay scar seen and prominent vulva and mammary development with serous vaginal d/c, no MGTs MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, dull and greasy haircoat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Severe dental disease Glaucoma suspected OD Cataract OS Grade 2/6 HM Plan: recommend ophtho consult Recommend cardiologist consult Prognosis: fair SURGERY: Okay for surgery

Angel was surrender as a stray so her past behavior with other dogs is unknown.
8/5- 8/6: When off leash at the Care Center, Angel greets a group of small male and female dogs with a soft body. She corrects a sexually motivated male, and then wanders the pen, mostly keeping to herself.

Limited profile, stray.
Dog allowed for easy handling and collaring with counselors. Was shaking and appeared nervous but did not bark growl or snap at counselors.
