Oral Exam: moderate staining and some missing Heart: possible abnormal heart sounds. Lungs: WNL Abdomen: WNL. Musculoskeletal: WNL BCS 5/9 Mentation: BARH Preliminary Assessment: masses, dental disease Plan: DVM intake
