[LVT Intake Exam]: Microchip Scan: negative, placed 985113001789668 Observed Behavior: allows all handling, sweet and playful Sex: intact female Estimated Age: appx 12y+ Subjective: found outside, no history; has multiple soft masses (lipomas?) throughout including on ventral chest, at shoulders, and a large hanging mass (firmer than possible lipomas) on lateral LHL between hock and stifle; muscle wasted appearance on head Eyes: slight opacity Ears: clean. Oral Exam: moderate staining and some missing Heart: possible abnormal heart sounds. Lungs: WNL  Abdomen: WNL. Musculoskeletal: WNL BCS 5/9 Mentation: BARH  Preliminary Assessment: masses, dental disease  Plan: DVM intake

Intake Behavior: Green (allowed all handling)

Play Group Notes:  6/15: When introduced off leash to a male greeter dog, Cinnamon ignores him completely and keeps only to herself.
