A volunteer writes: I just can’t get enough of ROZAY! What a smile, and what an absolute sweetheart!! She was a little timid when we first met (shortly after her arrival) but warmed up fairly quickly, and has since proven to be one of the most affectionate dogs ever. She has previously lived harmoniously with young children and other dogs, and we’re told she was playful and exuberant with both. What she lacks in tail length, she makes up for in tail wags — she has such an infectious personality! She loves going for walks, and was beside herself with joy when we stumbled upon something especially stinky for her to roll in (and was a good sport when I hosed her off and explained to her that people haven’t yet learned how to appreciate the finer things in life as well as she has). She seems housebroken, eagerly sits for treats, and likes toys. Most of all, Rozay loves love! Her signature cuddle move is the stand-up belly rub, where she smears herself into my lap and then manages to roll onto her side so I can quickly move from behind her ears to her tummy. She gives hugs, her eyes all but scream “I love you!” and it’s an absolute waste for her not to be snuggled up on someone’s couch at this very moment! Please come meet her at Brooklyn ACC and see if she has a spot on yours!
