Medical Summary Microchip: negative Sex: neutered male Age: appx 13y Mentation: QARH Eyes: cataracts vs n. scler, heavy opacity with present but weak menace and PLR, has difficulty judging proximity of objects and will occ. bump into them Ears: clean Nose: no d/c Teeth: heavy calculus and staining, ddz If abnormal BCS: WNL Skin: WNL Hair Coat: slight thinning over back Declawed: N/A Any injuries: lateral to right hind knee is a small quarter sized pustule (some exudate, hard, blood staining on fur) that was traumatized by the dog Behavior: allowed handling, not tense but generally disinterested in handler and retreats to personal carrier Medication: N/A, preventatives given
