Exam Type BEHAVIOR
KNOWN HISTORY: N/A Intact, Stray SAFER ASSESSMENT: 12/14/16 Summary: Due to his medical concern (neck wound), Ringo Starr is unable to be successfully collared for his assessment therefore he is not a candidate to receive a SAFER a this time. The behavior department believes Ringo Starr would benefit best from placement with a New Hope Rescue who can meet his needs medically and then assess behavior once in a stable environment. Force-free, reward based training is advised when introducing/exposing Ringo Starr to new and unfamiliar situations. Ringo Starr appears to be very sweet, he has allowed all handling without any issue and is highly attention seeking.
