Medical Summary scan positive — 985121012971505 ~5yrs, male neutered, bcs 6/9 qarh. allowed all handling by staff. mdoerate amount of dried blood around neck and body sedated with telazol 0.65ml IM for radiographs moderate dental tartar/gingivitis, upper right canine chipped, eyes clear, no ocular or nasal discharge, brown flaky debris AU dart wound at left shoulder, several old healing wounds around face, limbs and body normal thoracic auscultation; normal abdominal palpation ambulatory x 4 prior to sedation radiographs show no foreign material (bone fragments) in stomach or intestines, abdominal organs wnl a: wounds p: cleaned wounds with nolvasan. rec clavamox 375mg po q12 x 10 days and rimadyl 50mg po q12 x 3 days. excellent prognosis
