Medical Summary scan positive — 985121012896416 ~3-5yrs, male neutered, bcs 6/9 qarh. allowed all handling by staff. small amount of dried blood around neck sedated with telazol 0.7ml IM for radiographs teeth clean, eyes clear, no ocular or nasal discharge, brown flaky debris AU laceration at right upper lip at region of canine (more significant at inside of lip), ~0.5cm wound at left dorsal paw proximal to digit 3, no other significant wounds or injuries normal thoracic auscultation; normal abdominal palpation ambulatory x 4 prior to sedation radiographs show no foreign material (bone fragments) in stomach or intestines, abdominal organs wnl a: wounds p: cleaned wounds with nolvasan. rec clavamox 500mg po q12 x 10 days and rimadyl 75mg po q12 x 3 days. excellent prognosis
