**NOT AT SHELTER – IN ACC FOSTER******FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT: [email protected]*** SUPER URGENT 03/09/17 A volunteer writes: "Frank, Frank, he's our man. If he can't do it no one can!" If I didn't know Frank is "middle aged", I would never believe it. Stunningly handsome, he's been surrendered to our care as his person is ill and can no longer care for him. We're told he's friendly and playful with adults, and while he's never lived with children, is relaxed and playful with them. We're also told he doesn't guard his stuff, likes to follow his person around the house, and is housetrained (check). Frank is rock-star gorgeous in his shiny black coat and is the perfect weight for his size. He loved hanging out draped over my lap, posed for pictures like a pro, showed off his sit, and takes treats gently. As soon as he saw the treat in my hand he sat -- that's how smart he is!! Frank does pull hard on the leash, so a harness and some leash training will make it a more enjoyable walk for both ends of the leash. Both Frank's intake medical notes and behavior notes state that he is "social and allows all handling". He's an awesome dog, happy to make new friends and show off his skills. We're told his favorite game is fetch, and Frank whispered in my ear that he'd love a new fetch partner and a lap on which to snuggle. Can we make Frank's ...
