Geriatric female with mammary gland masses, conjuctivitis and alopecia Calm, BAR T =Not taken P =140 bpm R =24 bpm BCS 4/9 EENT: conjuctivitis, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Missing teeth, dental tartar PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, some areas of alopecia on the lumbar area. CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Not performed. Assessment alopecia conjuctivitis Mammary gland tumor Plan Vaccinated Flea treatment Pyrantel Prognosis: guarded Permanent waiver due to tumor and geriatric condition.
