Another volunteer writes: With her long legs and elegant beauty Cersei could be a runway model if she weren’t so nervous around the camera. Show her the black thing in my hand and she steps back a couple of paces. Cersei is a beauty in her warm cocoa and white coat and once out for a walk going potty was her priority as we head to the park. She’s perfect on leash, checks up often, isn’t bothered by all the carts and roller bladers passing us in the park, and comes in close for snuggles once she’s comfortable. Watching Cersei romp with males and females in play is guaranteed to make you smile as she comes to life with her own kind and has a blast. Our shy yet affectionate little girl has worry lines on her forehead that I smooth away with a kiss promising her that a new person or family will make her theirs. Won’t you help me make my promise come true?
For more information on adopting from the NYC AC&C, or to find a rescue to assist, please read the following: http://urgentpodr.org/adoption-info-and-list-of-rescues. If you are local to the Tri-State, New England, and the general Northeast United States area, and you are SERIOUS about adopting or fostering one of the animals at NYC ACC, please read our MUST READ section for instructions, or email [email protected]. Our experienced volunteers will do their best to guide you through the process. * We highly discourage everyone from trusting strangers that send them Facebook messages, offering help, for it has ended in truly tragic events.* For more info on behavior codes and ratings, please click here: http://information.urgentpodr.org/acc-placement-status-descriptions.
