Attention seeking, active, allowed all handling, slightly hyper/whines P = WNL R = WNL BCS 3/9 EENT: Eyes clear, slight hyperemia of conjunctiva, slightly crusty ears, minimally inflammed, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Very mild dental staining PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, several areas of dermatitits/collarettes CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Underweight, dermatitis, dried crusted ears, hyperemia of eyes and lips – likely from pulling/stress Plan: Rec 3x/day feeding, administered convenia 2ml SQ Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery
