QAR BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: no oral exam, muzzled PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: MI MSI: Ambulatory x 4, hindlimbs trembling during exam, no pain on palpation or manipualtion of limbs, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, area of alopecia at dorsal neck CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Not performed Assessment Alopecia- R/O rubbing from collar vs other Plan DOH hold
