BASIC INFORMATION: Bailey is a cream colored Puggle mix, 11 years old and neutered. Bailey has mild arthritis in the hip joints and was last seen by a vet over one year ago and has been surrendered to ACC due to owner moving to a residence that does not allow pets.
SOCIALIZATION: Around strangers he is friendly and outgoing. He has resided with a five year old child and is relaxed, respectful and tolerant of child play. He plays gently with children and loves attention. Bailey has resided with another dog and is respectful and tolerant towards them. He has not been exposed to cats or other small animals. Bailey has not bitten another animal or person within the past 10 days.
BEHAVIOR: Bailey is tolerant when owner comes near him or touches him while he is eating. He allows toys or objects removed from his mouth with ease. He is not bothered by grooming or bathing.
FOR A NEW FAMILY TO KNOW: Bailey is best described as a friendly, affectionate and playful dog. His activity level is medium and he is very loving and loves to be near the owner. Bailey enjoys playing with chew bones. He has been kept mostly indoors and enjoys eating dry food from brand Blue Buffalo. He enjoys doggie bones.
